About this course
This course takes a fictional made-to-order workshop through the numbers of selling before making. You split full prepayments and deposits into cash at order and balances with IF and SUMIFS, build a running queue and promise ship dates with ROUNDUP and WORKDAY, and roll the backlog forward in weeks of capacity with a pause rule. You follow weekly cash against the batch bill, measure cancellation rates by wait band with COUNTIFS and refunds under invented terms, trigger batches at a minimum quantity with MAX and SUMPRODUCT, price an early-bird discount against margin and finish with a dashboard and chart.
