Billing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Go to Account → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe. The methods offered (cards and, depending on your country, other options) are shown at checkout.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, in the billing portal under Account → Manage subscription.
Do I keep my certificates if I cancel?
Yes. Certificates you earned stay valid and verifiable. Your progress is kept too.
Do you offer team or classroom licences?
