About this course
In this course you plan a fictional youth football season in a spreadsheet that checks every cell as you go. You turn phase start dates into weeks, number fixtures by season week and look up their phase. You plan training load in 3:1 blocks with MOD and INT, compare a varied and a flat week through monotony and strain, and track fair playing time against each player's share of the minutes. You count available players and goalkeepers per match, generate a league round robin with the circle method, time a one-day tournament on several pitches and finish with a planned-vs-actual load review and chart.
