About this course
In this course you run the money of a fictional multi-sport club in a spreadsheet that checks every cell as you go. You turn the fee table into income per membership category and pooled averages, price sibling discounts with a family cap, and charge pro-rata fees for members who join mid-season. You age unpaid invoices into buckets with IFS, compare actuals with a phased budget so every variance reads the same way, and find the break-even entries and target entry fee for a fundraising tournament. Finally you work out the facility and overhead cost per team and player and build the season cash plan with its lowest balance.
