About this course

In this course you run a fictional flower shop in a spreadsheet. You turn bunch prices into a cost per usable stem after grading, cost bouquets from recipe cards with sundries and labour, and price them with fictional multipliers and a $5 price ladder. You count days in stock against shelf-life classes and put a price on waste, quote a wedding from guests, tables and aisle length with set-up, delivery and a deposit, and calculate subscription revenue and churn. Finally you plan the buying for a peak flower day and compare product lines in a P&L with a chart.
