In Excel: make the lines a Table
- Select A1:H7 and press Ctrl+T (Insert > Table). New lines typed under the table get the formulas automatically.
- Inside a Table, formulas use names instead of addresses:
=[@Qty]*[@[Unit price]]is the same as=C2*D2. - Turn on Table Design > Total Row for a SUM under the Net column that never misses a new line.
