About this course
A workplace safety metrics course that measures the safety performance of one fictional company with four sites in a spreadsheet, for HSE managers, safety officers and operations analysts. You total hours worked and flag recordable and lost-time cases in the incident log, calculate TRIR on the 200,000-hour base and turn a target into a case limit, calculate LTIFR per million hours and convert a peer figure so you compare like with like, work out the DART rate, the severity rate and days lost per case, cost incidents with an indirect multiplier and the revenue needed to pay for them, test leading indicators against recordables with CORREL, flag sites above their sector benchmark and chart a 12-month rolling TRIR. OSHA and ILO formulas are cited in general terms, no affiliation with any regulator. The first lab is free.
