About this course
In this course you analyse prioritisation surveys for a fictional chain of fitness studios, with every cell checked. You score a ranking question by average rank, first-choice share and points per rank. You count best–worst answers into scores per appearance, rescale them into shares of preference with EXP and compare member segments with RANK.EQ, ABS and LARGE. Then you run a TURF analysis: unduplicated reach with SUMPRODUCT, the extra reach of one more class, the best three-class line-up and its frequency. Finally you classify Kano answers with an evaluation table, calculate better and worse coefficients and build a prioritisation matrix with a roadmap score.
