About this course

You run the grant seeking of a fictional literacy charity, one checked formula at a time. You score funders with weighted criteria and SUMPRODUCT, rank them and build a shortlist. You size each ask from the unfunded gap, the funder maximum and the typical award, then weight the pipeline by stage probabilities. You set internal draft dates with WORKDAY, flag deadlines with IFS and find the next one. Then you measure amount-won rates and average awards, close the funding gap in months covered, check funder concentration and renewal dates with EDATE, and build a reporting calendar with a pipeline chart.
