About this course
In this course you run a fictional charity shop in a spreadsheet. You turn donation bags into items and weekly volumes by category, measure the sellable share and value the recycling and waste streams, and price items from a category and grade grid with a two-way lookup. You give rail batches colour tags from the ISO week, count weeks on the shelf and sell-through, compare volunteer and paid hours per 1,000 items, and decide which high-value donations to sell online. Finally you work out shop costs per item and the net contribution each shop sends to the cause, with a chart.
