About this course

In this course you analyse the reviews of a fictional homeware brand with spreadsheet formulas. You count reviews per star and compare mean and median, give products with few reviews a fair Bayesian average, rank products by the Wilson lower bound of their positive share, measure review velocity, freshness and the monthly trend, tag review texts by keywords to find what critical reviews talk about, calculate response times, response rates and the median wait, relate ratings to conversion by rating band, and finish with a reputation dashboard with traffic-light status and a chart. Everything is about reading genuine reviews honestly.
