About this course
In this course you design the range of a fictional drinks and snacks maker in a spreadsheet. You calculate the price per litre and per kilogram of every pack, index it against the core pack and flag where the ladder breaks. You measure volume discounts and the price of the extra grams, round new prices to price points with CEILING and check whole-number thresholds with INT. You value smaller and bonus packs at the same price, build the shelf price from cost through list price, retailer margin and a fictional tax and back again, compare margins per litre across channels, model the portfolio mix with SUMPRODUCT and finish with a range dashboard and chart.
