About this course

This course builds a load plan step by step. You count cartons per pallet layer in both orientations with INT and MAX, find how many layers fit within a height limit and a weight limit, and check every built pallet with IF and AND. You then count pallet floor positions lengthwise and crosswise for trucks and containers, look up the chosen vehicle with XLOOKUP and compare floor space with payload. You measure cube and weight utilisation to see whether a load cubes out or weighs out, turn a mixed order into pallets and trucks with ROUNDUP, test carton redesigns and finish with freight cost per unit by scenario in a chart.
