About this course
A 3PL warehouse pricing course that prices the clients of one fictional third-party logistics provider in a spreadsheet, for 3PL sales and operations staff, e-commerce brands comparing fulfilment offers and logistics students. You turn six months of a client's activity into lines and units per order and the peak-to-average ratio, bill storage on average and on peak pallets and convert a cubic-foot rate into a price per pallet, price inbound receipts and find the break-even of a flat container fee, price pick and pack with a per-order fee plus a fee per additional unit, add packaging and special-handling surcharges, apply all-units volume tiers and a minimum monthly fee with MAX, compare each client's cost to serve from engineered labour standards with the revenue billed, and build a quote with two alternative offers, their margins and a chart. Fictional provider, illustrative rates. The first lab is free.
