About this course
In eight hands-on spreadsheet labs you run the talent review of a fictional manufacturer. You turn performance and potential ratings into nine-box codes and headcounts with COUNTIFS, compare the rating distribution with a guideline in percentage points and check manager averages with AVERAGEIFS. You score critical roles with weighted SUMPRODUCT and RANK.EQ, count successors by readiness and calculate bench scores and coverage. A flight-risk score uses approximate XLOOKUP, IFS and weights on job-related signals only. You forecast vacancies from exit probabilities, date development actions with EDATE and finish with a dashboard and chart.
