About this course

This course turns market garden planning into spreadsheet work you can check. On a fictional vegetable farm you convert permanent beds into bed-metres and cropped area, work out plants per bed from rows and spacing, and round transplants up to whole seed trays. You calculate seeds to sow from germination rates, grams and packets, schedule succession sowings between frost dates with date formulas and build a harvest calendar in ISO weeks with SUMIFS. Then you value a veg box, find how many boxes a week's harvest fills, price a season share, rank crops by revenue per bed-metre and per labour hour and close the season with a P&L and chart.
