New-Hire Onboarding & Ramp-Up: Time to Productivity, Cost of Vacancy, Ramp Curves, Onboarding Capacity & Early-Leaver Costs

About this course
In this course you build the onboarding workbook of a fictional service company in a spreadsheet, with every formula checked. You count the working days a role stays empty and price each day as lost output plus overtime, then model linear, stepped and S-shaped ramp curves and add up the output lost on the way to full productivity. You find the month each role reaches 80 % and 100 %, compare two onboarding designs with NPV, turn trainer and buddy hours into joiner capacity and follow three hiring waves through the year. Finally you measure early leavers, their sunk cost and the break-even month, and finish with a cohort dashboard and chart.
