About this course

In this course you plan hiring for one fictional retailer in a live spreadsheet, every formula checked as you go. You count how many applicants reached each stage with COUNTIFS and turn the counts into conversion rates and yield, then run the funnel backwards to the applicants a hiring plan needs, rounded up at the right moment. You measure time to fill and time to start in working days with NETWORKDAYS and closure days, compare average and median, rank sources by cost per applicant and cost per hire, total interviewer hours per ISO week, weight requisitions to size the recruiting team, track offer acceptance and early leavers, and finish with a monthly plan tracker and a funnel chart.
