About this course

In this course you build next year's benefits budget for one fictional company in a live spreadsheet. You count enrolment by plan option and coverage tier with COUNTIFS, look up premiums in a plan × tier table and cost the whole bill with SUMPRODUCT. You compare three employer contribution strategies, apply a renewal quote with a plan-migration scenario, budget flexible credits at the expected take-up and turn a two-tier retirement match into one MIN/MAX formula. Finally you total the cost per head and as a share of payroll, prorate a new hire with EOMONTH and DAYS, split the change into headcount and rate effects and chart budget against actual.
