About this course
In this course you work out what contingent workers really cost a fictional manufacturer with three sites. You turn hourly, daily and monthly rates into one comparable hourly rate with IFS, build agency bill rates from pay rates and markups and compare them with a loaded employee cost per productive hour. XLOOKUP checks contractor rates against a rate card by role and level, SUMPRODUCT prices fixed-fee work against time and materials, and an approximate XLOOKUP finds temp-to-perm fee bands. EDATE plans assignment end dates, SUMIFS builds spend reports by category, department and supplier, and a dashboard compares employee and contingent FTE, cost per FTE and a conversion scenario with a chart.
