About this course

This course works through the seat and table numbers of a fictional 64-seat bistro in spreadsheet labs that check every cell. You turn a covers log into seat hours and seat occupancy by daypart with SUMIFS, calculate RevPASH and build a day-by-hour heat map with AVERAGEIFS, measure dining minutes and table turns, and match party sizes to the smallest table that fits with XLOOKUP. You set reservation slot lengths, count how many bookings fit an evening with INT and flag overlaps, pool no-show rates, size overbooking with a probability table, compare a floor plan with more combinable 2-tops and finish with a daypart dashboard, status labels and a chart.
