About this course
In this course you explain a fictional kitchenware company's quarter from budget to actual, one checked formula at a time. You compute revenue variances and favourable flags with IFS, split them into price and volume effects that add up exactly and measure the interaction term. You separate pure volume from mix with the budget mix, bridge the gross margin with price, unit-cost, volume and mix effects, and restate revenue at budget rates to isolate the FX effect. You build a customer bridge with SUMIFS, flex the cost budget into volume and spending variances, flag material effects with ABS and IFS and finish with a waterfall chart.
