About this course

In this course you practise the numerical questions of planning and analysis interviews on fictional companies. You calculate budget-vs-actual variances in € and %, decide favourable or unfavourable with IF and apply a two-limit materiality rule with AND and ABS. You split a revenue variance into price, volume and mix with SUMPRODUCT, build a driver-based forecast with seasonality, a mid-year price rise and subscribers × ARPU, and cost a hiring plan with on-costs, start months and the year-end run-rate. You walk an EBITDA bridge into a waterfall chart, drill three-statement links, rank an exhibit with RANK.EQ and finish with a timed mock round and a self-score.
