About this course
This course turns a campsite season into spreadsheet work you can check. On a fictional site with tent pitches, hook-up pitches, bell tents and cabins you count available unit-nights from opening dates, measure occupancy by month and unit type with SUMIFS, and price stays from a two-way rate ladder with weekend rates and length-of-stay discounts. You calculate the average nightly rate, revenue per available unit-night and extras per stay, the variable cost and contribution per occupied night, a seasonal staff rota, the NPV, payback and break-even occupancy of new glamping units, and finish with a season dashboard and stacked chart.
