About this course
A KPI and OKR course that designs and scores the goals of one fictional outdoor-gear retailer in a spreadsheet, for managers, analysts and operations teams who report KPIs every month. You define conversion rate, average order value, return rate and CAC as clean formulas and avoid the numerator and denominator traps, measure the gap to target and set a red, amber or green status with IFS, also for KPIs where lower is better, score key results from baseline to target between 0 and 1, roll weighted key results into objective scores, cascade team OKRs to company level with SUMPRODUCT, test a leading indicator with a lagged CORREL, track variance and year-to-date achievement against target and check completeness and outliers before you report. The first lab is free.
