About this course

In this course you build a complete pay structure for one fictional company, step by step in a live spreadsheet. You score jobs on weighted factors with SUMPRODUCT and place them in grades with an approximate-match lookup, age three salary surveys to one date and blend them, then design midpoints, minimums, maximums and range overlap. You calculate compa-ratios and range penetration, flag green and red circles with IFS, compare raw and grade-adjusted pay gaps with AVERAGEIFS, look up merit increases in a two-way matrix, scale them onto the budget pool and cost the outliers. A scatter chart of salary by grade closes the course.
