Employee Engagement Survey Analytics: Response Rates, Favourability, Index Scores, eNPS, Small-Group Suppression & Driver Analysis
Turn a staff survey into results you can act on: work out response rates and favourable scores per item and team, combine them into theme and index scores and an eNPS, suppress groups too small to report, compare with last year, find the drivers that matter most and name each team's priorities, with every cell checked as you go.

About this course
In this course you analyse the staff survey of a fictional food distributor in a spreadsheet, with every formula checked. You calculate response rates per team and location, count favourable, neutral and unfavourable answers with COUNTIFS, and group items into theme scores and a weighted engagement index. You work out the eNPS from 0–10 answers, hide results for groups below a minimum size and pool them into an «Other» group, and compare theme scores with last year using a meaningful-change threshold and a heatmap. Finally you measure drivers with z-scores and SLOPE, rank them by importance × gap and let formulas name each team's action priorities.
