DevOps Metrics: DORA Four Keys, Flow & Reliability
Measure software delivery from real-looking deploy and incident logs: deployment frequency, lead time, change failure and rework rate, time to restore, performance tiers, flow metrics with Little's law, SLO error budgets and a trend dashboard, every cell checked live.

About this course
A DevOps metrics course that measures one fictional software company's delivery from realistic deploy and incident logs, for engineering managers, platform teams and SREs. You count deploys per week and per service, summarise commit-to-production lead time with the median and the 85th percentile, calculate the change failure rate weighted rather than averaged and add DORA's newer deployment rework rate, compare the median and the mean time to restore and isolate failed deployment recovery, classify five teams into performance tiers with approximate-match lookups, measure cycle time, WIP and flow efficiency with a Little's law cross-check, turn a 99.9% availability SLO into an error budget with weekly burn rates and build a six-month trend dashboard that shows speed and stability in one chart. Based on DORA's public definitions, not affiliated with DORA or Google. The first lab is free.
