About this course

In this course you analyse a fictional club rider's bike and ride files in a spreadsheet that checks every cell as you go. You build a two-way gear table of development and speed at a cadence, measure the steps between cogs and count overlapping gears. You turn a 20-minute test into threshold power, W/kg and personal power zones with XLOOKUP, and compute normalised power from a rolling average and the 4th power. You rate rides by intensity factor and training stress, total them per ISO week and model fitness, fatigue and form. Finally you estimate the power a climb needs, the time it takes and an event pacing plan.
