About this course

An agile estimation course for teams and project leads who want forecasts based on data instead of gut feeling. Using one software team's history, you turn story points into an average velocity and a range, calculate sprint capacity from people, days and a focus factor, forecast a release date for the best, expected and worst case, build burndown and burnup data, measure cycle time and throughput with Little's law, rank features by WSJF, add a 90% confidence buffer to three-point estimates and put a dollar figure on a story point. The first lab is free.
