About this course

PMP exam math practice for candidates who want the formula questions to be easy points, built as eight labs that check every step. You turn percent complete into earned value and calculate CV, SV, CPI and SPI, pick the right one of four EAC formulas with ETC, VAC and TCPI, draw the cumulative PV, EV and AC S-curve, estimate activities with the beta (PERT) and triangular formulas and use NORM.DIST for the chance of meeting a deadline, run the forward and backward pass with total and free float, find the cheapest day to crash, count communication channels, price an incentive contract up to the point of total assumption and roll back an EMV decision tree to size the contingency reserve. Independent practice, not affiliated with PMI. PMP and PMI are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. The first lab is free.
