About this course

This course runs a full monthly S&OP cycle for a fictional garden furniture maker in a spreadsheet. You roll SKU forecasts up into product families with SUMIFS and SUMPRODUCT, build the consensus demand from a statistical forecast plus sales and marketing adjustments and flag big changes with ABS and IF, convert units into assembly hours and measure utilisation and gaps, price overtime, extra shifts and build-ahead in whole units with CEILING and limits, project closing stock and days of cover against a target band, cost a level plan against a chase plan, test upside and downside scenarios, and finish with the financial S&OP pack: net revenue, margin %, RAG flags and a chart.
