About this course

This course turns drinks planning into clear spreadsheet steps. You convert recipes written in parts into millilitres, check the sweet-to-sour balance and scale drinks to other glasses. You look up dilution factors for shaken, stirred and built drinks, test whether each drink fits its glass and calculate strength after dilution, always with an alcohol-free twin beside the cocktail. Then you batch recipes with pre-dilution water, round ingredients up to whole bottles, split syrups by weight, plan servings, ice and glasses for events, cost every drink with XLOOKUP and build a shopping list with SUMIFS and a spend chart. Every cell is checked as you go.
