What-If Analysis: Scenarios, Data Tables & Goal Seek
Build input-driven models, scenario selectors, one- and two-variable data tables, goal seek by bisection, break-even solving, tornado charts and a Monte-Carlo-style simulation, every cell checked live.

About this course
This Excel what-if analysis course teaches you to build models that answer "what happens ifโฆ" questions, using one desk-lamp maker as the case. You separate inputs from calculations, switch between base, best and worst scenarios with CHOOSE and INDEX, build one- and two-variable data tables with formulas, find a target with a bisection table that does what Goal Seek does and then solve it exactly, calculate break-even and target-profit volumes, rank the drivers in a tornado chart and turn random numbers into a Monte-Carlo-style estimate of the chance of a loss. The first lab is free.
