About this course
An Excel dashboard course that builds one company's sales dashboard, from the questions it must answer to the finished one-page report. You plan the headline KPIs and the layout, build KPI cards whose variance turns green or red with conditional formatting, draw a this-year-versus-last-year trend chart, rank product categories in a sorted bar chart with data labels, add a sparkline to every region row, compare actual with target in combo charts with a secondary axis, and make the whole dashboard switch months from one input cell with INDEX/MATCH and SUMIFS.
