About this course
This course shows how to check, in numbers, whether a project delivers what its business case promised. For a fictional facilities programme you build a benefit register with owners, baselines and targets, set baselines from months before go-live and turn them into money values with confidence weights, and model linear and stepped ramp-up curves. You set benefits against project and run costs for net benefit, NPV and the payback year, compare realised with planned benefits and give each month a status, remove double counts and add dis-benefits, put a value on milestone slips and finish with a portfolio view by programme and owner and a chart.
