About this course

This course runs a small fictional bookkeeping office in a spreadsheet. You price eight clients from their transactions and complexity points with a fee table and XLOOKUP, then compare fixed monthly fees with the hours actually worked and flag scope creep from the effective hourly rate. You summarise timesheets with SUMIFS and measure utilisation and non-billable time, build a deadline calendar with EDATE and WORKDAY, and plan capacity for the busy year-end months. Finally you compute profit and margin per client, rank them, test a price review against a churn assumption and build a practice dashboard with MRR, overdue work and a chart.
